Beth Spake

Beth Spake joined the firm's Workers' Compensation section in July 2009. Ms. Spake obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Social and Economic Justice from the University of North Carolina in 2005. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2008.

Ms. Spake regularly participates in negotiating settlements, both informally and at mediation; resolves medical disputes; and ensures the employee's compliance with medical treatment and return to work issues.

While in law school, Ms. Spake won the Client Counseling Competition and received two Book Awards for earning the highest grades in her Trial Advocacy and Legal Research classes.
